TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Promoter

The promoter is Galvin Watch Company Pty Ltd ("Promoter")

Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 12 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 26 June
2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
• Follow @galvinwatchcompany on Instagram;
• Like the giveaway post, and
• Tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.

Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry tags a different set of friends.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms and
Conditions may be deemed invalid.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
• One (1) Galvin Watch Company Suvi watch valued at AUD $949.
The winner may select their preferred Suvi dial colour from the colours available when
the prize is claimed.

If the winner's preferred colour is unavailable, they must select an alternative colour.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period. The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the end of the promotion period.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via a direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days of
the draw. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to
conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped at no cost to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery caused
by postal services or third-party carriers.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely
for the administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name,
state or territory of residence, Instagram username, and winner announcement on its website and social media channels for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage,
injury, or disappointment suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this promotion.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required
by law.
