Our service warranty extends for 12 months, during which we offer the option of a complete overhaul, polishing, or repair for your watch within a two-week timeframe.
Booking a service for your watch is now easier than ever. Simply pre-pay for the service overhaul, and upon completion of payment, we will promptly reach out to you with shipping instructions. Upon receiving your watch, please allow us a 2-week window to complete the service overhaul. The cost of return shipment is included in the service price for your convenience.
